About Us

Who We Are

The Speakers Action Group is an initiative of the Canadian Antisemitism Education Foundation (CAEF), a registered Canadian charitable organization.

The CAEF is a registered Canadian charity, and it has worked to provide Canadians with knowledge and understanding across ethno-racial and faith communities to see the humanity in all, and to confront discrimination. Jew hatred is the oldest hatred in the world. Antisemitism was so profound in WWII and that it led to the annihilation of over 6,000,000 Jews and approximately another 12,652,900 people  of other ethnic communities, minorities including LGBTQ folks, people with disabilities, Roma people and others. Hatred, in words and deeds, has to be STOPPED.
Today, there is a new form of antisemitism, as well-documented in many countries and described in the language of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA). The new definition points to the phenomenon that applies a double standard to Israel among the nations of the world, judging everything that Jewish country does through a distorted prism. Antisemites try to demonize Israel with false claims of apartheid, when it is the only country in the Middle East and North Africa, Iran included, in which women, gays, and minorities have equality before the law, equal rights of citizenship and are represented in all aspects of society.
Denigration of Israel and Israelis follows the pattern invoked by the Nazis in Germany and then across the countries they conquered: first use words, then isolate and denigrate and then destroy.  Well, Israel will not be isolated or destroyed and the words used by our enemies will be countered with facts and with Truth. That is our Mission. We invite you to join us.
