ALAN BOROVOY, Canada's legendary civil libertarian, is General Counsel, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, author, and Officer of the Order of Canada. Borovoy, who helped establish the commissions in the 1960s to stop discrimination, has been particularly vocal in denouncing what he views as misuse of the country's Human Rights Commissions.
LEO ADLER, Director of National Affairs, Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies Canada, has written in defense of Human Rights Commissions.
DAVID MATAS, Senior Counsel, B'nai Brith Canada, author, and noted domestic and international human rights advocate, will present his perspective.
